Kochi: A couple of Malayalam film actors have been named by a woman who supplied hybrid ganja to them in Alappuzha, media reports said.
The accused arrested in Alappuzha with hybrid ganja has alleged that the actors were among those who were supplied hybrid ganja by her, the Times of India reported
The Chennai native accused Christina alias Taslima Sultana spilled the beans made during questioning.
The accused, who knew several influential figures in the film industry, distributed the drugs smuggled from Thailand in places like Ernakulam.
She was caught by the Excise Department with hybrid ganja worth ₹2 crore.
She revealed that she worked with Firoz, a Mannancherry native, to distribute the drugs.
She was also suspected of having involvement in a sex racket, the reports said.
