Kochi: The Supreme Court rejected a plea demanding removal of Arvind Kejriwal of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as the Chief Minister of Delhi.
The court said it is up to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi to look into the matter.
Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 by the Directorate of Enforcement in the liquor policy case.
He was granted interim bail by the Supreme Court on Friday directing him to surrender on June 2.
